Starting from scratch

Hi Fellow Managers,

First of all, thank you to those who voted for me to take the reigns for a second time.

We have a challenging road ahead to build our U21 team up again but im sure its a challenge that some of you will enjoy.

The task for this season will be to give the 18 and 19 year olds plenty of game time to build for the future, especially in the games aginst the stronger ranked nations.

The pool draw for this season is tough but there are 2 or 3 games where we can challenge.

So, to any of the managers whose players ive selected- if you are not going to train them please let me know as this is key to the development of our national teams, or let me know if you have a player that needs to be looked at.

I will work with you to help develop your players but ultimately you need to give them minutes on the court.

If you are interested in helping developing the U21 team please let me know.
Rad Chad who was a candidate in the elections will be joining the backroom team so you are all aware, as he may be in contact with some of you.

For any questions just drop me a mail and rembember to train our young IRISH STARS
