Over The Hills and Far Away...

Guys... I hate to do this, but I'm going to have to step down at the end of this season. My new work year has just begun, and I have been given loads more responsibility this yeah. I simply do not have the time to do the job the way I WANT to do it.
I think that there is a very good replacement waiting in the wings, but I'm just checking on his availability before I throw my meager support behind him.

I have really enjoyed my two seasons as Welsh U21 coach, and who knows: maybe another time, another time!
