Of course I agree with Shikago that their previous policy of "actually announcing gameplay changes ahead of time" was a pretty good one that they could have considered keeping. So maybe that's coloring my interpretation...
What's the gameplay change that will affect the game engine or anyone manages training for their team? This isn't rhetorical, I'm serious.
There is no gameplay change that will alter what anyone does that was changed. Yes, the higher the stamina level a player has the slightly less severe form hit will happen with more and more minutes played. Notice it doesn't mean you can play tons of minutes without taking a hit to form, it just means the penalty will be less severe. Also, training GS will still increase GS, just not at the super hyped levels of previous seasons. Can anyone foresee these changes stopping someone from training GS if they want GS to increase? Will anyone spend half a season training stamina so that form can be minimally "not as bad" if they play more minutes than previously? The premise of the question is wrong and misunderstood - there is no gameplay or game engine change that has been made.
To go along with your "never" comment. Never have I seen a series specific forum thread attempted to have such a gear-change hijack by someone not in said series. He misinterpreted a change and what the change actually can be classified as, didn't post in a help thread or national or global thread, asked a question, didn't like the response he got, then blatantly lied about asking a question to alter the portrayal of his comments. He used some cool emoticons as a "look over here" distraction.
I wasn't trying to offend or piss off anyone with that first post. After being insulted, yelled at, laughed at, and lied to... well... that changes things.
But hey, at least I saw a red balloon.
