Let's say yes. In this case coach will change even the starting lineup? He was registrered as sub for PG.

Yes.
Based on my experience, if a backup is much stronger than the starter, then even if he is set as a backup, the coach might still put him in the starting lineup.

My team went bankrupt and I bought some of my players back. The % dropped but the GS didn't. Hope this helps.

Hi guys I have questions about tactics and player skills.

Do you value offensive flow more in slower paced offensive tactics?
Does your opponent's offensive and defensive tactic influence the rate of stamina drop in the course of a game of your players, or that rate is dependent only on your offensive and defensive tactics?

I was playing with my Draft and I found one having this stat-line:

40 minutes; 33-39 FG; 2-8 from 3; 19-20 FT; 1 OR; 3 TR; 11 AST; 1 TO; 9 STL; 1 BLK, 2 PF; 87 PTS

I wouldn't have imagine a draftee can have boxscore like this.
Is it useful to read the boxscore?
If it is, does it reveal he has great Stamina, excellent Jump Shot and Driving (and maybe Inside Shot), not as good JR, excellent at FT's, low RB, high Passing and Handling (due to assist to to ratio at the SG position), high OD, low BLK and not very prone to fouling?

Do all teams in my league read the same boxscore if they scout this player? Or it will generate different boxscore for them?

Different box score per team.

High points like that means he's almost certainly 19. I'm not versed enough in box score tea leaf reading to guess at the stats.

Is there a formula to calculate the TV deal in a league without data of the minimal salary in that league?

In the GM there is a table breakdown of the formula to calculate the minimal salary. In my division it is 190% of TV money. In my economy page I can see the amount of revenue I'm getting and it is easy to calculate the virtual minimal salary. I say virtual, because at the moment I'm still enjoying the new team's exemption period. But that will change at some time next season where I will be playing in D1. It will be expensive. I want to be able to set a seasonal budget, but since I don't have access to the information about the minimal salary in D1 I can't do the math.

You could just ask a team in D1 what it is this season.
