Thank you, Saul and Isaiah! It's been a very long time coming. Many many seasons in II.4 and hopefully I can stay up for a little while!

I hear there are little blue pills you can take if you have trouble staying up.

But be sure to hire a new doctor if you stay up for too long

Good Luck Pappy, as for the draft, it was the usual cut 3 and done for me. Hey you bb's out there, how about putting some talent in the draft to make it more interesting to the rest of teams who didn't tank the season. I'm really gonna build a dynasty with those two 6th men and a Star I got. They had one Respectable skill between the three of them.

Looks like the 5/4/18yo didn't really pan out (he's only perennial allstar?)

I'm happy enough with this guy, but to have huge holes at critical skills JS and PA on a 6'6" guy who was 5/5/18/A+ is a little disappointing:

Mike Worrell Center

Weekly salary: $ 3 521
Role: draws a paycheck
(BuzzerBeta)

DMI: 0
Age: 18
Height: 6'6" / 198 cm
Potential: MVP
Game Shape: respectable
Jump Shot: pitiful Jump Range: awful
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: respectable
Driving: respectable Passing: atrocious
Inside Shot: respectable Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: average Shot Blocking: awful
Stamina: awful Free Throw: strong

Experience: atrocious

at least I can make something out of him though. he could have been a uselessly undersized naked C. the bb version of chuck hayes. if you lower your expectations enough you won't be disappointed?

Thanks, Joe! My draft picks were predictably total horseshit too, 2 role players and a starter. They'll soon be gone. I totally agree with you about the quality of the draft picks. As teams—and the BB "average" team—have dramatically improved over the past number of season,s the draft almost seems to have gotten worse. The draft could be one of the highlights of our BB "seasons," but instead is for the most part quite often "3 quick looks and let 'em go." Not very conducive to getting new managers into the game and staying!

Not too bad, The player you got should be the norm in the first round. There should be a lot fewer one ball and two ball type players in the draft and more Allstar and above players. With starting skills up to strong or proficient. Someone worth training who you don't have to buy in the market after wasting all your money on scouting a bogus draft. How about making the draft...... whats that word I'm looking for........FUN. thats it FUN, what a novel idea.

Why don't you/we post some of that in the suggestions forum? I think the draft has been a pretty consistent complaint since at least I joined in season 13. Who knows, maybe the bbs will listen to us. Personally, I like the idea of including a few fully capped 20-21 year old stars/starters for some instant impact.

Big congrats to Pappy.
Very happy to see you promote. I felt terrible for you seeing the injuries there at the end of the season but you overcame it.
