Question about player skill cap. Finally for once I have managed to get a player to it’s supposed skill cap, but I would like to get one more certain skill pop.

My question is then, once a player hits the skill cap per say does that mean if you still train that player he won’t gain any sub levels to skills or he will still going to be getting trained, but at much reduced rate kinda like the age effects the training?

Training can still occur, just MUCH slower than would normally happen for the player. If I remember correctly, somewhere it was said there were three levels of “over the cap” with distinct drops in development between them (?), but while it may take weeks extra to get, it’s likely possible to get one more pop.

So I've been using the Bubbles Buzzerbeater draft video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LlmtigbwSCo) for assistance but after a group demo, none of the 5 stars seem to have good enough potential. The next step is to then randomly scout other players to see if I can get more 5 star players to then interview for 5 star potential (11:30 in video).

So my question is, when randomly scouting for 5 star prospects, do the initial 5 ball grey prospects have a higher chance of being a 5 star rating better than the 3 ball? Or is it completely random? It does say the scouts assessment is fairly inaccurate if unscouted, so I'm wondering if I should click around aimlessly or hit the 5 balls prospects first

I'm pretty sure the grey balls are completely random. They do not give away any info at all.

Theres a line in my economy page, saying 'GM issued fine/refund ..' whats this for? In my case, its a refund of 7k

My main team was auto-arranged scrimmages every week, however, I found out my utopia team will not have a scrimmage. I had the system arranging me scrimmages automatically, but how does this happen since I did not opt out that option?
