Tried to squeeze out a W from my skeleton crew. Ended up getting a 4-by-4 (not that that's a thing...) from Banner, but bupkis elsewhere. And Banner gives up the fouls at the end that seal the deal for Anchorage. And it looks like it's time to reinvest in the training court. If we'd made 3 of those 7 missed FTs, we could be celebrating. It's gonna be rough in the Orclands until the player market cools off. I might even face a boycott for my first time ever.

Looks like the league is separating pretty clearly into contenders, also-rans, and basement dwellers.

I’m pretty much caught in the middle. I really don’t think my team is good enough to be up here, I just advanced from a weak D3. But also these other teams at the bottom keep hanging around and daring me to invest to try and stay up. Decisions, decisions.

Deronimo v Kelts went to a 49 point ot for those that didn’t click. I haven’t seen anything like it.

That's crazy for 5 minutes. I don't think I've ever seen anything like that either.

You've gotta be feeling good about that away normal, and the win on 25 fewer FGA!

And that OT was crazy! Keep that pace up for 48 and you've got two teams in the 200s.

The canyon between the basement dwellers and the contenders just keeps growing.

I'm tempted. I am at home, and I 'only' have Anchorage Allstars at home for All-star week. I'll be royally screwing my gameshape for my first and second teams, for a 'chance', as you put it, and even if I did pull off an upset... I can't say it's the wisest decision, but I have 58 minutes to mull it over.

...well, that was fast, but no way, no how. He's been taking the losses in league play and has his gameshape at proficient on legit NBBA starters. If Wavy Gates loses a league game, me and quite few other teams will suddenly have a shot at the NBBA auto-bid, so I'll just try to finish strong and be ready for the playoffs.
