What's interesting to me is seeing the boxscore and noting that the team playing FCP fouled less. Not that you had anything to worry about in that game.

I just don't get how that SG at PF could play all 48 minutes & only commit 2 fouls the entire game. FCP & there wasn't a single timeout until midway 3rd quarter... While only 2 of my guys played over 27 minutes total. & if that SG's simply backing off whoever he's matched up with, how can my backup PF shoot only 2-7? The shooting % for all my inside players should either be doubled or they should have gotten to the FT line. 1 FT attempt for my PFs combined, reallly?

Anyway winning & losing isn't the issue... just that the 2 games I had vs. MBMD have been complete BS. I mean the 1st game against him he had 31 FT attempts playing RNG... & drew a ton of off the ball fouls (27 fouls). While I actually attacked the basket last game & drew all of 3 fouls the 1st half.

Also, not a fan of injury...
but how are none of his guys injured -- playing that many minutes, that fatigued, getting fouled so much?
Yet just in the past couple weeks i had: (1) the league's MVP injured 20 secs into a game, (2) my new SG/SF injured 3 minutes into a playoff game, (3) a backup injured in the 1st quarter today, (4) another 1st half injury in a different scrimmage.
I'm sick of them being handed a ton of free points, getting even non-foul prone players in foul trouble, & being blatantly favored for some reason. What I want: stop the seeming favoritism or whatever you want to call it & let the players actually play. You know... making shots, rebounding, passing, defending, etc. Let the game be decided by that.

Edit: (for the record i won both games, the last by over 40 pts, so not "sour grapes")

Finally a good game. No crazy fouling & some great shooting by MBMD.
I'd actually be less bothered *losing* that type of game than winning the other type.

Really surprised fatigue doesn't seem to matter much. Thought MBMD should have been the one to jump out to a big lead early if anything, with me making a late run. (played his starters all game again... 1 guy had *53* min & was rebounding his own FT miss in OT!) anyway, was an exciting game.

Yeah, even before that though. I hit a 3, they missed a 3, they intentionally foul & I miss both FTs. But knew that 3 was going in. Give the assist to my coach. (Had a lock-down defender at SF, but after the timeout coach pulled him for a center.)

4 0:07 94 — 91 Full timeout called by Manhattan Beach Metal Detectors.
4 0:07 94 — 91 Change at PF: G. Golia (H) in. F. Galanty (H) out.
4 0:07 94 — 91 T. Dozier (A) was replaced by T. Alas (A) at SF.
4 0:07 94 — 91 A. Garabalde (A) brought in for P. Gutierrez (A) at PF.
4 0:03 94 — 94 F. Vallet (H) attempts a three-point shot from the wing under pressure from T. Alas (A). Scored.

Wow, a 6.5k MVP with the 15th pick! nice.
& I thought I hit the jackpot getting a $5.7k guy with the 16th pick & zero scouting. (22087835) Pretty sure that's my highest salaried draft pick ever. only has 1 skill below mediocre... (but outside training for team will take care of that!) shame the potential isn't higher though. guess it was a really deep draft then?

Well good luck to everyone. Have a feeling that about 8 years from now I'll look back fondly on this thread / season. Who knows, maybe I'll even come back & edit the 1st post in this thread, pining for the relative simplicity of BB days gone by. Only time will tell.

Wow. I don't even know what to say anymore. You win.
Also good luck in NBBA, they're afraid of you already ;)
