I think that the main problem is the accessibility to the BB.
Today, I think that the main reason people stop playing is because there is no App no control the game, and that it is imposible to watch a game live.
I stopped playing several years ago for these reasons, I came back some moths ago, but if this problem is not fixes, I think that I will get easily tired of playing the game.
