I think we can be best friend at some point, as I am pretty sure I was one of the "4-5 users" on Discord.
I am glad my annoyance was triggering enough so Macro gave us an update though, and the CPO Alessandro was actually nice enough to have a short conversation with me so I am sure they are working on it but I agree it is beneficial to provide periodical updates to the userbase for users engagement purposes.
But hey, they were the buyers so we can't control what they do, we just gotta hope for the best at this point, I have slightly improved confidence in them now after the interaction so hopefully they can only get better from here compared to the complete silence before this.
