I honestly believe that Spicy Sparks are failing severely in their communication with BB users. And it's surprising, being a company that has grown in the digital world, theoretically with people who understand the new world of social media.
Being a year without any kind of communication is the antithesis of today's PR, where everyone tries to be in permanent contact with their users-clients.
We don't want promises of when things will be done or when updates will be available, that's not it. Simply one (just one!) communication about how things are going each season, isn't asking for much.
If this qualifies me as a 'dramatic,' 'conflicting,' or 'impatient' user, then you understand absolutely nothing.
