care to explain sir? on what way will the weekly Salary value update on every successful Transfer will mess-up the Salary Cap? In my Oppinion that could help for teams that are willing to use Old Players that decline in Skills to have that player lower his Weekly Salary when hired... then when in Buying and Selling a Trainee Prospect... especially in the mid Season where Now Skills have been developed... the Team that is willing to buy him will have a kind of Penalty in his Economy through that Salary Update when that Trainee arrived (in addition to other Penalty systems such as GS decline)... an that could also serve as a guide for both side if before posting him on the Transfer List we could read in advance what is "the Player's asking Weekly Salary" is and just multiply that by 5 as a guide (half of the system's Free Agency from debotified teams)..

Some incentive would be cool for the Manager Checklist. It's kind of lame that after completing the 19 tasks, there is no benefit to doing so, except for site navigational experience... lol

I also agree with the comment below me, stats for the NT would make sense. I'm surprised that those aren't available already.

another problem is high salary is for big guys.


Wow. I actually did a salary estimate with a guy putting all 4 of his inside skills at 4, it came out to almost 800k in salary while flipping it with the values of 4 important guard skills (JS/JR/OD/PA) just yielded one that's below 300k. The difference is really big.

I'm not that in favour of a salary cap, but maybe the weightage of inside skills might need a bit of changes.
