Alrighty this coming Tuesday, the inter-conference games begin! I will be keeping track of the games won from each side. I did this in D4, I don't know if somebody here does it, but whatever. In the end the winning conference will get...nothing! Maybe bragging rights I guess...I mean more competition never hurt anyone, right?

Week 1: Tuesday (Great 8 Homecourt)
(Big 8 - Great 8)
Matches this day: 0-0
Matches this week: 0-0
Record in total: 0-0

If anyone is confused the Big 8's record is on the left and the Great 8's record is on the right. The "Matches this day" means the record of the matches being played on that certain day, the "Matches this week" means the record of the matches being played on that certain week and the "Record in total" shows the record in total added up from all previous weeks.

Examples:
Week 3: Saturday (Big 8 Homecourt)
(Big 8 - Great 8)
Matches this day: 4-4 <- Both conferences had 4 wins that day. (Saturday)
Matches this week: 12-4 <- Implying that Big 8 won all 8 games on Tuesday. (Tuesday + Saturday)
Record in total: 16-16 <- Both conferences had 16 wins in total. (Week 1+Week 2+Week 3)

Week 3: Tuesday (Great 8 Homecourt)
(Big 8 - Great 8)
Matches this day: 8-0 <- Big 8 won all 8 games this day. (Tuesday)
Matches this week: N/A <- The full week has not been played yet.
Record in total: 12-12 <- (Week 1+Week 2+Week 3's Tueday)

P.S. If you were confused while reading this even with my examples, do not be embarrassed, I was very confused while writing it.

P.P.S Looking back at this leagues past forum threads, it looks like Ramquizibo actually did it...hmm..

Terranova is going to drops 40 on an easy win for the Phantasm over the Bunny Humpers. No sweat. Your only chance is to play at normal or CT...cause at the same enthusiasm Phantasm smokes Humpers 10 out of 10 times

ps: your a cool dude Lemony

it's not personal, but it's personal ;)

My merch right now is just below 30k. Selling off a foreigner I'm no longer playing to see if that helps any.

Since a third of the season is past, I believe its a perfect time to do a review of the season so far.

Starting with the Great 8
Hayward Lumberjacks (6-1): Don't let that loss fool you, because that came by the unbotted Findlay Flight which had an unfeasible D.II lineup. The flannel-clad woodsmen demand to be taken seriously.

Philadelphia Phantasm (5-2): This team didn't even win the championship in D.IV, but a showing that there team is not just ghostly image that will fade away, It's a reality.

Bobcats4Life (5-2): This team is always a force to be reckoned with, but never seems to be in first place, both of their key losses were on the road, so things might be easier for them the second time around.

Running Red Wolves (4-3): They can beat lower teams no problem, but if they ever want to beat the higher teams, they need to add some pieces.

Michigan Blasters: (3-4): They seem to gravitate around 5th and 6th for the past few seasons, and this season seem no different.

Georgia Tech (3-4): They did beat their main competition in Michigan Blasters head-to-head, but didn't manage to pull out any upsets. Going into their first season in D III.4, they goal is to avoid regulation.

Royal Challengers (1-6): They are tanking the whole season because they know with Finlay Flight in their division they are guaranteed a spot in the relegation series, in which they will load their team back up. Perhaps getting 6th in the Big 8 is worth than getting 7th?

Findlay Flight (1-6): If this team beats you, you might as well quit now.

Great 8
Barbarian Marauders (6-1): Lost their first game in an unexpected start of the season, thanks to an unexpected sale of a player. Since then they have gone 6-0, and have no plans of stopping.

Hansen (6-1): Seems to really be stepping up this year, with only one loss. They will do much better than their 12-10 record last year, perhaps even 18-4? Which would keep in pattern with the increase of wins they had the year before.
1st season 6-14, 2nd season 12-10, 3rd 18-4?

Rogues (4-3): Always seem to just go with the flow, winning or losing doesn't matter to than. The only important thing to these vigilantes is to only have Americans.

Bunny Humpers (4-3): Sorry folks, they are out of the cup, which means that the Rabbit fondlers will no longer be giving out free wins. One can only wonder what their record would be if they didn't throw those games.

LBC Soldiers (3-4): A solid promotee with a monster Center. They will be vying for a playoff spot coming down the stretch. Mark my words.

BuckNuts (3-4): BuckNuts narrowly squeezed his way into the playoffs last year, but his team will have to fit into a tighter space this year. Can it be done?

San Diego Eagles (1-6): After narrowly avoiding relegation last season they have only managed to get one win, and it was against a team that threw the game. Can this team turn things around or will the continue to plummet?

Tachenko (1-6): It seems like kokka should spend less time recapping everybody's games and analyze his own. The 15 season league veteran of the league only has 1 win. He is still in the Cup, however, and perhaps that has been his recent focus.

This game sucks. Free throws suck. Fuck this game.

Week 1: Tuesday (Great 8 Homecourt)
(Big 8 - Great 8)
Matches this day: 4-4
Matches this week: N/A
Record in total: 4-4

The first week ends with the two conferences splitting games!
At least my next game is against a bot..

That record is deceiving though. Findlay and Royal Challengers punt all their games.
