Marin will not be responding on the forum, he will be answering the questions via direct message with BB-Will and then I'll b posting his answers on my next video. We think that that is a better outreach because not only will the people that have come across that thread get answers, but also managers that don't going the forums very often and have been asking questions on the social media pages and my channel.

Just wanted to clear that up!

The goal is to have him be as detailed as possible and update us on the bigger aspects of BB and specific smaller ideas/issues. There will always be more questions about BB regardless of how many he answers, but this is a good start at least. I think it's best to look at this as a late-season newsletter with additional information, personally.

I agree that a live AMA would be the most ideal and best case scenario but I work roughly 45-50 hours a week and there is a 7 hour time difference between myself and Marin, so I'm not sure how practical that is for us. I am usually making and recording my videos around 7:00pm-11:00pm my time, which is around 2:00am-6:00am his time. It's definitely something we can try to look into at some later point (if Marin is open to it), but for this AMA, I don't envision us doing it live.

As a new user I agree that the pace needs to be sped up.

I started on May 20 (so exactly three months) and I’ve had four games against non-bots. I’m very very unlikely to promote as one of the sides that demoted last season are streets ahead of the other three of us, so I’ll probably be in the same situation again next season. If another demoted side comes into my league again next season who are also way better than us and I can’t promote it would be 9 months with about 12 games against humans and some additional playoff games.

I play another management game for another sport (cricket - FTP), so I understand that it’s going to take patience and I am planning to stay in it for the long haul, but I don’t think all new users will be in the same boat and can see other new users quitting after being sick of 6 months of easy wins against bots.

Double round robin in league, season needs to be longer. Plus it's four more weeks for a player to train, those will add up. It will be well worth the extra time.

Eliminate the Auto relegation for finishing last. In many a league there are teams who finish in last who would be playoff teams on the other side. End this inequity, why should a player get punished just because their side is stacked? And if you don't make the playoffs, guess what? Time to enter the thunder dome gentlemen!

not sure why people would scramble for trainees when it would take the same number of seasons to train them. It's not like training would get faster, quite the opposite: as the number of weeks per seasons reduce, you'd need to increase training speed to compensate in fact. Scheduling changes are not hard to reverse if people are unhappy. Once the season is over you revert to the old system. If you know this in advance and you quit anyway, I think the problem is not the game speed or the schedule.

Not trying stuff and not updating aspects of the game is one of the reasons why tens of thousand of users already left.

of course your season has been boring and you want to promote

but that's not a problem with the pace of the game, it's about the distribution of active teams in the lowest league of any country (and i agree with you that it's bad)

even if the game was faster and you promoted faster, 4 teams would always suffer at any time as long as your league had 12 bots
