They both have 5-ball Star Rating and 4-ball Potential. I think that means perennial all-star or superstar, but I'm not sure on that.

what is the sequence of events when a rookie is generated?
I always thoughts it goes like this :
1. Rookie is generated
2. Rookie age is generated (18 or 19)
3. Rookie skillset is generated accordingly to the age (1 to 7 or 1-10)
4. Rookie height is generated accordingly to the skills (183-226)

Am I correct?

I have a 7’1”, 23 year old perennial all star. Been working on FG% for most the last season. He specifically hasn’t had a Jump shot pop in 7 Forward Jump Shot trainings + 5 Forward One on One l trainings. He has 87 TSP. Has he capped? I have other perennial all stars with 100+ TSP. Or is this just because he’s so tall and phasing out of being a young trainee?

In general he has had maybe 1 skill pop this whole season…. his Inside Shot I don’t think has popped either, which I would have expected.
