Well, that's the advantage of playing Full Court Press, you give up massive amounts of points for three quarters, and then seem to make a run in the 4th. Now I remember why I junked that defense several years ago. Although, the mistake may have really been with the offensive selection, next time I should probally play Princeton to go with that defense!

Well, it looks like aprox 10.5 mill in sales. Could have some fun spending that.

Plus my bottom 5 guys played at least 12 minutes, with only one guy scoring a single point.

Yea, I think the 4th quarter run was more about the fact that the coach empties the bench when you're up by 25-30+ and Reston had a much less talented lineup out there at that point. I almost used FCP last night to try to gain some PD but I only like using it if I have massive matchup advantages at all of the small guy spots and I thought my two trainees starting at PG and SF might negate that.

I've never found any good positive results from FCP. I really think that it simply leaves you wide open for an upset, even if you have a huge advantage at the guard slots. I've never tried it in reverse, where your the one trying for the upset, and you go FCP and CT. That might be the only method that the game engine makes it a viable defense. I've just never found myself in that type of posistion to employee it that way.

y.

I have always thought of FCP as a "bully" tactic....only good to use if you know your head & shoulders better than your opponent and you want to abuse them.

Yea you sure kicked Delta in the mouth during S21... (49357230) you big bully, you!

Just giving you a hard time of course. I actually agree that it's best used as a bully tactic to run up score. It does backfire sometimes though... I was still shooting FT's in the last minute of a game I should have won by 30 the last time I tried it.

Who says BB players don't have egos? I put my starting center up on the trade block and he responds with perhaps the worst game of his career.

I agree. I had 7 players up for sale last week. They protested by fouling my opponent 25 times while only drawing 8 fouls themselves.

As far as I can tell, FCP is a tactic for lunatics ... and desperation

Its better not to play at all

Looks like the race to the last two playoff spots in the Great 8 is going to start heating up.
