One on One training for Forwards works like a charm, especially if initial IS level is 4-6. In my experience, guards with higher IS tend to be more effective.

You are right … passing has Cross-Training but no elastic effect on other skills.

If you take this news as a 'valid' rule. The team and manager are now 'immortal'.

I feel like I'm going into debt next week. Wouldn't want to lose the team.
