train Loyd Finch and Tao whatever his name is the rest of the season in OD (Pressure)

They're the best two trainees you got and you shouldn't waste them, why the world is Tao "drawing a paycheck" ?

He needs to start games! He's probably the best player on your team right now and you don't even know it! :p

So train him and Finch the rest of the season in Pressure for PG and you'll be fine.

Play Tao on Saturday games and let Finch back him up on those Saturday game.

Then Play Tao again on Tuesday and let Finch back him up on Tuesday games.

Schedule scrimmages and give Finch the rest of the remaining minutes he needs (probably less than 20)

You have to get these guys 48 minutes plus in training (look at Manage your team page and it'll show your training, a 48+ is your best friend. )

so then gives us an update in.....let's say start of Season 22. ok? got it?

sorry if I'm not being explanmatory but I have to go somewhere.......

Hey welcome, and yea ticket prices are huge. You need to show your fans that you're for real before they'll pay more. But don't worry I did the same thing, if you have any questions just shoot me a bb-mail.

Some general tools to get you started:

1) http://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/forum/read.aspx?thread=144856&m=22

^^ this thread is a bit long, but i'd start reading at the bottom of the first page so that you understand which players are worth investing in for training purposes. Regardless of what division you start in (DIV or DV), you will be developing a rebuilding team. On page two it is interesting to note what each level of potential caps at salary wise. Basically the correlation is the better a players ratings are, the higher his salary will be (with slight variation) If you start a guy at 18 with star and another 18 year old with superstar, and train the with lvl 3 or 4 trainer from the onset, you'll be able to train both for probably 3-4 seasons, and then eventually your star player will cap out. Not to worry though, star players are still very useful for D.III thru D.V, so you can train one of these guys and sell them and still have it be worth your while :). In fact, those 18 year old with the 3500 salary and MVPish potential are going to be too expensive for you most of the time.

Further down on page two, you get an overall view of what a player at each position should have priority in as far as ratings in certain spots of his game. there are a few discussions from different folks about certain attributes being higher or lower there, but for most purposes it really

2) really it's to be expected that any new player will make a few mistakes. You'll need to adjust prices, and you'll need to increase your arena, so don't feel to bad about expanding without doing much with ticket prices.

3) once you get a good grasp of how to find trainees, and how to develop trainees (and tickets/arena), then you can sort of play around withs strategy.

Eventually there is an offsite for new folks if you so desire (it has some good stuff, but there is no pressure to join, kinda your call), and if you want to hit me up via BB-mail or on AIM @ StaryFurySK, i can give you some additional help in formulating your plan to climb towards the top of the BB :)

This is my third team, I try this about every other year and have been disappointed with the quality of the game play the first two times.

I haven't seen much new yet, so I can't even ask decent questions yet, but I will.
