I bidded mostly for some lulz but I also knew that the guy wasn't right for your team, and 70k was nowhere near enough to get him. Instead, build up some more money for some young 10kish guys, because those are better bang for your buck, especially in D5.

You shouldn't have a problem beating them. They have no OD at all. They are a look inside team too, so I don't think OD is a need for you, although it doesn't hurt. Just prepare your team for division 4. Don't prepare your team to win division 5 out of desperation.
