I've found working in another country to be extremely rewarding, and you can really learn alot about the game by getting involved with the NTs.

True, the ins and outs of the tournaments are a lot to digest. Any experience managing at this level is better than none. There are a lot of little things to learn and no better way to learn them than to experience them first hand.

I have heeded your advice, as to how well is another issue. I am crushing my league, but I would still be pwning them even without the moves I've made. I am taking George Allen approach to matters in that I do have some vets signed. And I am shopping for value without regard to nationality, I figure going homegrown can be best accomplished by building up a brand first, then courting in country talent. I did get a little transfer money for a couple of existing scrubs, but I worry I may have sold one of them into some sort of Hong Kong slavery ring. As for whats left from the existing roster I have a couple of my existing players that are moving right along and whom I feel will provide quality contributions for a while. But there are still several originals that are going to be hitting the bricks pal.

But since you have taken a look at my offerings let me know what you would suggest that I add to help make my transition to DIV smooth as possible. Should I keep the overpriced and aging center I have for another season or two or do I dump him after this year so that I can get a decent return on him? Is having homegrown young talent really that important this early in my franchises development?

Also a question about ticket prices, I kept them super cheap, $5 bleachers, 20 lowers and 50 courtsides, bumped it to 7,35,65, now going after new years to 12, 40,100. Will I run the risk of overpricing my market?
