Just basically be in a good basketball region of the country, start coaching at younger levels ( I started at the HS level at age 24 ) coach your way up, have a thick playbook, and know the game better than the referees lol. Im in Dallas Texas where r u?

Hi Coach Lambini here making a proper introduction of my squad the Greensboro Generals. Im in my 3rd full season at the helm, the first season I basically paid no attention to what I was doing for the first few games and started 0-8 but figured out what was going wrong and rallied to 10-12. My 2nd season saw a climb to 19-3 and a birth in my conference championship game, but I was destroyed by "The System". This year 2-0 and looking to run thru my DV league and into better things.

Question: How, in 2 full season, have you not made a single transfer? Haven't bought anyone? Haven't sold anyone?

There's no need to have 20 players. Sell or fire 6-8 of them asap. Then buy some better players. If you get to D4 with that roster you'll get crushed. But I'm glad your getting active! That's step one.
