Your players level up at OverTime

I am not sure for the actual explanation but ratings always go up like that in overtimes.

It's because the ratings are an average on 48 minutes, that's why they are higher in OT. In the calculations I suppose they always divide by 48 instead of by the total number of minutes played...

I am so confused. IF there is indeed a division over 48 minutes then this quantity has units of performance over time. It is, like, wrong to divide the total performance "output" by 48 minutes, instead of dividing by the total game duration. It is really baffling that over 15+ years the consensus among the game maintainers for the main team stats appears to be "yeah this calculation is wrong, trivial to fix, but I like big numbers".

Let's divide by 24, so we have even larger numbers then. Or by 1.
