Yep, that could be the problem. I've just tried typing the wrong password in BuzzerManager and I got the same message. In preferences you can change the password you use for BB help programs.

IT has not been generating the html code to share weekly stats for me the last week and a half or so. Has anyone had that issue or no a solution. Just like to share it on the forums to keep interest up.
