The point is in small, you can have all training forums in the world But if the manager don't whats he looking at? what does it do. It will do him no good to have him and do the training.
I know what a pawn can do in chess and it considered the weakest piece. then theres tactic's based in chess for the pawn to be the strongest aspect in the playing way. If BB has to label players to the skill for tactic, of what they can play well or what form of player he is.,then so be. It would make it much easier for the manager to know what he buying/ and building him, early training building for the market will just get better etc.. Training builds need to better explained. Not a guessing game.. Its help the market.
If player is all 9's. I cant just sit here and say ok he's well-rounded ,he can play it it all. Or say ok build on him the defensive side till you cant no more, just because the other guy cant score it will come down to free throws and crap like that because you have no offense in him. That not explaining any tactical advantage but only skill full. I havent express what kind of tactical player he has or is.
In certain tactic the pf don't need 17 id and od.. He may perform better as a offensive mind or passing the ball in the offensive choosen which boost up game flow? say for example push the ball. You can play that certain player from the bench because you know who you have in playing style.. If we just build him to the basic way, he will never be effective in some tactic's. I Understand freedom of choice and selection and mind.
A same time. A lot are just thinking one way. Training is the key right? But alot cant tell who they have in tactical way in their teams. I will put like this and leave it be , a non traditional player will always be better than a traditional player. The manager alone is going to be only guy to know how to play him and will keep him. You really cant sell that today non traditional players. Because he not built to the status Qou. But that player better is indeed tactically better.
Labeling them as Low post player or princeton player has not set the game back or gave away the game engine nor advantages to anyone... It just helped the build player diversity in the market.
