Have there been any changes to the game engine that have caused any of your guidelines to change?

Do we have any managers who enjoy taking the 21 year olds and turning them into NT players? Obviously, we are doing well on the NT level. Do we have any areas that need attention?

i'd say the typical NT center... but with legendary OD, JS, JR, handling, driving, & passing in addition to the center skills.

Well, maybe keep the JR at prodigious or so in order to keep the salary reasonable.

I made some slight changes to the guidelines based on increased competitiveness to make the U21 and NT rosters. Mainly more emphasis on passing. As far as secondaries we often debate about the impact of SB, so there may be some changes to the secondaries discussion.

Any chance a culture change will come about for team USA NT? My SF could be a big peice of that...he is already started down that road defensively...

What I want to know about is maybe what kind of PA vs. JS/JR the team might be looking for if they are thinking about making an LI stopping crew that can play outside offences as well.

The person you might want to BB-Mail is Sleet, the current NT manager. He might have some better answers than I could give you about this.
