Honestly, I don't think I would have done what I just did if it wasn't for the fact that I think I'm in one of the most competitive great 8s on D.III. Before I upgraded, I beat the 3rd place team by 20 and the 4th place by 2. I'm in 1st right now, but the fact it was close with my team before, I don't want to risk anything because I already made up my mind that this was the last season in D.III that I would even be relevant. If it fails, eh, I'm just doing what was planne anyways, but if I win, I get to test my team in D.II and build an even more competitive team.

I think you did the right thing. You probably had a 50-60% of winning the league before the moves but the Dukes and Iguanas could have potentially stole one from you in the playoffs. The Highlanders are really good but you seem to matchup better with them than with the Dukes. Now, though, I think you could even survive a major injury and still beat any of the Great 8 teams. Obviously, barring a crazy series of injuries, whoever comes out of the Great 8 is taking our league. I'm content right now to make my 80K a week while you promote! Hopefully I'll see you in Div II in a 4-5 seasons!

I wish there were pigmen. You get a few of these pigmen walking around I'm looking a whole lot better. Then if somebody wants to fix me up at least they could say, Hey he's no pig-man!

smallfries joined my D4 league in season 15 and kept me from promoting with a few brilliant moves on his part. If I promote this season then I'll have managed to catch back up with his team.

I appreciate the kind words Chekreyes. The way I make moves isn't always for my own team. I feel you have to sit back and see the strengths of other teams then make your moves to compete against the teams in your league. Thats the problem with the majority of people on here. I feel they create a team that they like, but dont create it to beat their opponents in their leagues.

Yeah I actually learned that lesson from you, I've tried to act on it as much as possible but I could probably do better. Right now I'm opting more for the brute strength route, of course not as all out as you are, but as much as I felt my team could handle.
