I can't believe the outcome of that game after leading by that much most of the game. I have run into this type of 4th qtr before and I think it has to do with how much experience your players have in the 4th qtr and OT, with the game engine favoring the older team. Anyways, good game.

I still can't believe how difficult this season has been on both sides of the conference. It's crazy!

I came into this season with a much stronger team than I had last season (when I made the finals) and I'm still questioning whether I'm even going to make it out of the quarter finals.

All i know is that, as difficult as this season is, I don't anticipate next season being any easier. Sure, one of the contenders wil be in season 1. But of the stronger teams in the league, only Desert Eagles (sorry to call you out bro) has a decent amount of starters that are 34+ and even desert eagles is getting stronger by training. If any of the new teams to the league become contenders as well, it really might be a crapshoot who wins.

I totally agree. I'm getting to the point where I need to revamp the team a bit so I may demote next year. I wish there was a way that you could request demotion instead of tanking a season, but I will make sure that everyone is aware of what is going on.

I may experiment with the next build a bit. Ownership is getting tired of running the same old lineups out there.

I think you guys should just all let me win 😉

If I don’t promote this season, I’m honestly not sure if I’ll make NBBA at all this “run” which means I would just be floating around in d2 for the next 5 seasons 😂. There are 5-6 teams I could see winning the championship this season which is just crazy!

I definitely have ideas on how I’ll be building my team next time around though! Should make me pretty competitive throughout my next run.

Good luck to everyone in playoffs, and thank you for a fun and interactive season!

I guess I haven't been following the new rule changes as closely as I should have been - completely missed the fact that I could have been guaranteed promotion if I had the best record with point differential throughout all of DII. I'm kind of bummed that I missed it (by 5 points!) because it would have been really easy to just increase my effort for that last game.

Now I have to get all nervous before every match and curse the fact that I didn't upgrade my roster prior to playoffs

I do believe that technically if Harbor City Storm win their championship, then you would still get the auto-promote spot!

So either win this league yourself, or auto-promote if Harbor City wins!

I definitely understand the frustration though. However I would be lying if I said I wasn’t happy you didn’t upgrade your roster 😂😂. Your team was hard enough during the season.

I’m looking forward to some great battles!

Just wanted to personally congratulate Rip City!

Dude's team is amazing and that game last night had me sweating! Had he had home court advantage OR had his two highest salaried players be better than a 7 for game shape, he would have wiped me out easily. This team has truly mastered salary-efficiency - I really don't know how he does it.
