This leaves me with two main cons to the idea:

1. Some people don't want foreigners in their country. I think their reasons are legitimate, but hear me out. Let me break it down into two categories:
Big nations: Well, since they are big nations, those second teams wouldn't be that impactful anyway. It would take those managers a long time to build up their teams, from bottom to top divisions. Some would reach top divisions after a while, but rarely.
Micronations: Maybe some micronation managers like to beat bots and pile up cash, but they will probably get bored after a while, and would welcome some human competition.

2. It will be harder for lower league teams to improve, foreigners stand in their way. Ok, you don't want 300 new mangers joining your leagues. So, what would you do if 300 new people from your country signed up?? I think the fear of competition is the main factor here. But let's say you have it your way, and you start promoting, by your country userbase declining. Let's say eventually, you reach the top division simply because your competition is leaving the game, one by one. I can tell you, you wouldn't feel any kind of succes and accomplishment, beating bots would bore you out quickly. And this is not hypothetical blabbering, you can ask the micronation managers, some posted here, they all say they welcome the competition.

Im getting frustrated with people now. You have non supporters saying no without any reason other than theyre jealous of supporters. I understand- some people cant afford it but that gives people no right to say no.

The worst is when people just say "No" or "Bad Idea"
Please explain yourself so we can have a discussion on why this is bad/good..

I understand I dont make the rules here but I find this kind of silly..

. Well, you would feel some sort of success, but I see what your saying.
beating bots would bore you out quickly.

Exactly my point. What is the point of creating more teams? If a person can get bored and quit one team, how is a second team going to help? It will just create more bot teams, which as Aleksandar said, beating bots would bore you out quickly. So I think the second team will help for a little while, but then it would just cause more problems.

I have a thought on this. I've read that in some countries they would be worried about becoming dominated by foreign managed teams and that it could turn out that the top league in X-country doesn't have many teams from x-country. On the other hand some countries have so few users that there is no competition and its not that fun. Those countries probably would benefit from the additional teams.

So here's a possible solution. Let each country vote on if they would allow foreign users to participate in their country with second teams.

As many often recall, we were once more than 50.000 users, so that wouldn't be a problem. And of course, we still hope to go over what was the all-time record of users.

This hope, combined with BB-Marin talking in an earlier post about the possibility of one-two surprises, that could turn things around on this front, has made me happier already, regardless of what is finally decided about the secondary team.

Marin talked about boosting small nations and raising competition, making the BB experience more enjoyable as opposed to playing bots.

But if you let managers choose where to open their second team, I'm sure they won't open it in a micronation for fear of lack of competition. So this isn't an argument that speaks in favour of 2nd team.

BB could make a list of nations with 100 or less users and 2nd teams could be opened only there. But that's probably a restriction nobody would like to see and 2nd team option is not being debated exclusively for saving micronation issue.
