i'd love to get a Drago of my own, but i'm guessing the bidding will push him out of my reach.

you have to worry about Jason only if Denver wins -- which means you don't have to worry at all.

i replay the game in my head, and i just don't see how to get around those guards. they shut down my outside game so well. great team you've got. well played season. good luck going forward.

I think there's a chance he stays in reach, actually. A player like Hinkle would add yet another dimension to an already solid team and would bring a NT player to the NBBA -- go get him!

Well, I'm rooting for my brother's twin -- Payton Manning; even if Manning did take performance enhancers, he's a class act and I'd like to see him go out on top. Then again, growing up, my role models were Barry Bonds, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone...yay steroids!

TY. Not to be fooled, my guards are very well rounded players and, aside from Duff, are still being trained -- OD being the focus this season; passing and more OD next season; NT is the goal. The big three anchor this team, but Meek/Isom/Kearney are the heart and sole. And Duff, a quality NBBA player in his prime, is no slouch (18 OD, 9 ID).

you had mentioned previously you were still training -- and that was my reed of hope. i knew they were good, but i figured you had not spent any time with stamina -- so i was going to run you out of the gym. the fact your squad was stronger in the fourth than my bunch -- at my place -- suggests all i did was tire my players out.

btw, imo, Hunt is your most valuable player. putting him at SF makes it all but impossible to match up well against your team.

The FCP mostly effected my bigs, which is somewhat odd because they can all handle and pass the ball extremely well -- especially Hunt who has the best HN (22) of any player on my team, or in BB for that matter. Although, Hunt and Simmons also have the lowest stamina (5), other than Duff (4).


btw, imo, Hunt is your most valuable player. putting him at SF makes it all but impossible to match up well against your team.

Looks like Webster needs to revise their definition of the word Ugly.

Last night my team shot 8/20 (40%) in the 1st quarter, and then went 12/50 (24%) the rest of thew way. After the first quarter we scored 24 points from the field, and 15 points from the FT line. Not normally a recipe for a win.


Ha, that was an ugly game. It was tough to watch live. I walked away from it a few times...but kept coming back for more brutality

Thanks I don't think I'll be half as lucky against Upsyndrome as I was with my Super Bowl pick....I am afraid we are terribly outmatched in this series :-( I think my only hope to keep it competitive let alone have a chance to win is for the GE to be terribly mean to Ups and give them major foul problems.

Aside from that, maybe my team got 80% of our post season missed shots out of the way against Anchorage and we will be a scoring machine in this series :-) Not likely!

Personally, I really liked the broncos chances:
best defense + HOF QB, I'll take that combo any day; great game!
