I'd encourage you instead to just go back and re-read the posts in a Mike Tyson voice. I mean, sure, you could rely on other people to come in and try to salvage a thread that,to quote John Tortorella, "sucked from head to toe", or you can take the initiative yourself to try to get something out of it. Just so you know, though, try not to do it out loud if you're going to throw in a "I want to eat his children, praise be to Allah" reference in there. That's generally frowned on unless you're in a showing of Twilight, and really, if you're ever in that situation crappy forum posts are the least of your problems.

So I took you up on your advice during the second half of the Longhorns-Aggies game. My boys were getting creamed so I put the TV on mute and tried it out. I made it through the first 50 posts, but I can't lie, my voiceover skills are pathetic. Instead of sounding like Mike Tyson, I sounded like a creepy Isaac Brock. Fortunately, the in-laws are in town and my nephew has a wicked lisp. 2 minutes of training and he was sounding just like Mike Tyson. Everything was going well, we were all laughing and I was just starting to forget the beatdown my team was taking for the umpteenth time, when we got to this post: (152411.357). It wouldn't have been so bad if my father in-law's name weren't Kirk, which sounds an awful lot like Dirk. I'll spare you the aftermath but bottom-line: the Aggies lost, I'm sleeping on the couch, and the in-laws aren't speaking to me right now....

Wo you mean? Rajon Rondo is a great, young player who has lots of talent. I think he is way better than curry.

When did this thread turn into comparing NBA players to food? Too many posts to read...

Pizza is a great, food that has lots of taste. I think it's way better than Chris Bosh.

First of all to everyone who does not have Dirk ranked 1 or 2....have got to be kidding me. The man is un guardable! Which is exactly why he has an NBA championship....and whooped up on the supposedly "Dream Team" Wade, James, and Bosh? You cant hold Dirk he's 1 or easily 2 hands down.

HAHA I agreed with your list up to Paul Pierce and below... Your a hawks fan arent you? Johnson and Smith are both good but not top ten. Also wheres C. Anthony?

Carmelo is where he should be. Out of the top 10. However I agree with the notion that his bottom 4 are terrible. You can't justify Carmelo...his defense is soooooo bad and he's a high volume shooter. He's good, but not top 10.

Second Team:
Medicare Kings
John Wall (maybe) and Kevin Love (most likely) could move into that list this season. Take off Garnett. Love the guy, but age has caught up to him.
