Upload the jerseys as a photo.
The drop-down list is hard to explain, but I'll try. Go to Pages, then click on and hold the one you want to use in a drop-down list (e.g., 'Season 21). Drag it under the page you want it to drop down from (e.g., 'Player Stats'). I think you have to drag it under and a bit to the right and release for it to appear as part of (or all of) a drop-down list.
