It was a league matchup before a Cup matchup against the same manager so I guess he wasn't watching it very closely ;)

fwiw, i think your managing this season is one of the best i've seen, better than last year's. to have juggled all the challenges without having punted a half dozen games is really impressive. good luck with your games on Wednesday and Thursday.

Shortly after I watched that video, another video came up title "The Brady Bunch Variety Hour #7," (which I knew nothing about)...then I got sucked into the youtube vortex, eventually leading me to animal mating.

My PR man just told me i got five golden balls.

After tonight, I'll probably lose a couple of them, but for right now, "walka proud, Hassan, walka proud."

A son takes his Italian immigrant father to his first baseball game. It happens that it's Old Timer's Day at Yankee stadium and all the baseball greats are there. The son escorts his father to box seats right on the third base line and seats him with beer and a Yankees cap.

The first batter up is Mickey Mantle. On the second pitch he swings that bat and CRACK! The ball ricochets off the wall for a double. The crowd goes crazy and the father stands up and yells, "Runna Mickey! Runna Mickey!"

The next batter up is Joe DiMaggio. The pitcher, pitching him carefully, works him to a 3-2 count and just misses the outside corner.

"Ball four!" yells the umpire and Joe tosses his bat aside and begins to walk to first base.

The father yells out, "Runna Joe! Runna Joe!"

"No, no, Pop," corrects his son. "He got four balls. He walks."

And the old man clenches his fist and says solemnly, "Walka proud Joe. Walka proud."

I would like to announce that after tonight, I am suspending my quest to for HCA in the Great 8.

A-Dub, I don’t know if he likes me or doesn’t like me. But he is one hell of a competitor. He is a tough, smart, guy. And he has got an amazing future. I want to congratulate A-Dub. I know how tough it is. It’s tough... I understand how A-Dub feels and Heidi-heidi-ho, and their whole beautiful family. I want to just say though, one tough competitor.
