I really think that would be terrible for new players who think DMI means something.

Creator of (http://www.buzzerbeaterstats.com) and (http://www.buzzerbeaternews.com/) -- Ex GM of Australia -- Division 1 winner of Italy Season 1 then moved team to Australia after the country was created by the BBs. Australian team manager for 2 seasons. Won various tournaments and division 1 titles in the following seasons.

I also believe that it will be very helpful to be able to search players from a specific nationality and search players who play in a specific league.

Well, here's a stupid thought: If DMI doesn't mean anything, why in the world is it displayed?? If DMI was intended to mean something, shouldn't it be adjusted so that it does what it was intended?

Am I the only crazy one playing this game, who thinks DMI should have some sort of value to the owner???

snuzers. I was about to reply with the exact same thing. For as many times as it is pounded into our heads that DMI means nothing......can someone explain why it is here then?

It's nice to have company in the padded room. Does your straight jacket feel tight??? It's really hard to type with this thing on.....

Practice this week is weighted heavily into the DMI. So you could have a excellent player but if he didn't play much his DMI would be quite low. I can actually see that on the TL right now. If people started searching by DMI, they would potentially miss many good players.

But if the DMI can be misconstrued that way, then perhaps it should be tweaked to make it more useful. If not, then I say get rid of it.

OK, so DMI is a tool to make sure you're players are getting training. Other than that, it's intentionally there to throw off newbies, or those who haven't read the rules, by giving them a "rough" way to value players........

What exactly does DMI stand for anyway???
