i have 1 main trainee(drafted) and 2 other companion trainee(Transfer List) ^_^ which i get during early and late season

1 position training
18 yrs old 6'7 9 pop 3 IS, 2 ID, 2 RB, 1 JS, 1SB
19 yrs old 7'0 7 pop 3 IS, 3 ID, 1 RB


MISC 3 week training
24 yrs old 6'4 2 pop 1 ID, 1 RB

I have a level 4 trainer who has been doing okay for me. He has no specialties, but his salary is 14k and will be 14.2 this week. Is that too much to pay? I have been looking at the transfer list for staff members, and have been confused by the wide range of salaries.

Hey,
I trained a variety of skills but always did 1 position where available.
Trainee is 18 years old.
Level 4 trainer.

Week 1: Stamina training – 1 pop in Stamina
Week 2: Inside Shot training – 1 pop in Inside Shot
Week 3: Inside Defence training – 1 pop in Inside Defence
Week 4: One on One training – 1 pop in Driving
Week 5: Rebounding training – 1 pop in Rebounding
Week 6: One on One training – 1 pop in Jump Shot
Week 7: Shot Blocking training – 1 pop in Shot Blocking
Week 8: One on One training – 1 pop in Driving and 1 pop in Handling
Week 9: Inside Shot training – 1 pop in Inside Shot
Week 10: Jump Shot training – No pops
Week 11: Jump Shot training – 1 pop in Jump Shot
Week 12: One on One training – 1 pop in Driving
Week 13: Stamina training – 1 pop in Stamina

JS: 0.31
JR: 0.24
OD: 0
Handling: 0.99
Driving: 0
Passing: 0
IS: 0.89
ID: 0.60
Rebounding: 0.25
SB: 0

The last bit is the lowest possible sublevel of each skill.

I didn't say it was exact ;)
The way I am doing it is by looking at the training speed analysis thread. If it says that ID takes 1-2 weeks to train, then I add .5 to the sublevel as based on the estimate, .5 is the lowest amount that it can be increased by.
So I do that for all primary and secondary skills trained each week.
And so far, I have managed to correctly anticipate which skills will pop, so it seems to be working well for me.

I am training six 18 year-olds. I only remember the starting skills of one of them, because I posted them somewhere.

After this week (2nd week of rebounding), using a level 4 trainer, training 2 positions in various skills, my best trainee will have popped in every skill (including stamina and free throw) except for jump range (he had 2 pops in driving).

Level 4 trainer, two positions, training SFs
18 yo 6'3" 12 pops
other 18 yos probably had 6-10 pops, I can't be sure.

P.S. I bought a level 5 trainer last week (paid 125k for 23k salary) and am going to try and train Pressure for my 3 best trainees, during the finals.

I understand that skill configuration is not regarded, however, I have made sure to keep them as balanced as possible so as to minimize the effect.
And player height is a factor, however, for the skills that I am training it will increase the speed rather than slow it down, so the effect is minimized.

I don't think that is relevant for me because I am assuming the lowest possible sublevel. So this way, if something pops unexpectedly then that is great, however something should never not pop when expected. Does that make sense?

So if I think the sublevel of ID is at 0. And I train ID which should give roughly .5 sublevel to the skill, if it happens to pop then I will leave the sublevel of ID at 0, and it if doesn't pop then I change the sublevel of ID to .5

That way I am always assuming the lowest sublevel, and can train accordingly. At the moment my plan in training is always to ensure that I get 1 pop every week.

I've had 4 main guard trainees, level 4 trainer and 2 pos training

20 y.o., 6'5'' 7 pops - JS, JR, OD, HA, PA, DR and ST

19 y.o. 6'1'' 6 pops - JS, JR, OD, HA, DR and ST (passing is very close, should pop with one more session)

18 y.o. 6'3'' 8 pops - JS, JR, OD (twice), HA, PA, DR and ST

18 y.o. 6'4'' 8 pops - JS, JR, OD (twice), HA, PA, ST and FT

Not a great season, if you ask me. I hope their sublevels are high :P. I also had a 28 y.o. guard who popped in JS, JR and HA, was very pleasing!
