I like the idea. I think it could help level the playing field for NT play. As the manger of the U21 Barbados NT I think having more teams in Barbados would help begin to develop better players for micro-nations like Barbados.

Enormously big thread from the point of discussing and consensus. Of course, I can tell you only about me, but I feel tired after 4 pages.
Neverminds.
The only way I can take second team idea - as long as it's open voting and concerns Supporters - as the Supporter, is junior league second team. I've seen that mentioned above and absolutely agree with this point.
I've got absolutely no idea why godforsaken I might be interested in second team in other country, instead. Yes, for sure, I can do that (means - I could do either we decide that), but it's more about toy-for-day. And again, we're talking about Supporter, we're talking about money. I don't want to spend my money to health of small nations leagues. Sorry, guys, but it's just not working nowhere, there's nothing personal - I love all and every country and human-beings around the world, but want to play in my country. Where I can show my friends my achievments.
Just check this twice: uuuuh, I got IV league of noone-knows-where championship. The only answer gonna be - so what. It might be also: where is it? Or What are you doing there. And sooner or later (but likely - sooner) I'll forget about second team. That's it.
Now, taking into consideration juniors second team. First, it's the same name and face bases. Second, the only difference from present engine is age; and skills somehow - of course youngsters get level-up a bit faster from every trainings, but it's only multiplication to existing engine. Three, avoiding transfers just for age flags; no cheating possible ever - have second team? Sorry man, you can't buy guys younger then 19 for your first team.
Of course, it's only my suggestions, even fantasy I'd say. I can see, it's not very well balanced, and faces some extra Q about draft, as well as leads us to change running BB engine. I clearly understand it. But, just IMHO, it's the only way second team might be interesting, at least to me. But also - look around at the real world - that's how things goes, big organisations, big franchise always has junior teams, because it worth.
Cheers!

Only in favour if

- second teams play in BB Nation/Utopia, all starting together at the lowest required level. Say, Level III.

- BB Nation representatives are allowed in B3.

- No NT or U21 for BB Nation.

- Any player fired by BB Nation team becomes free agent listed at one week's salary.

- registration fee for second teams, $5 for supporters, $25 for non-supporters. Supporter package for second team available at $5 per season.

- Anybody currently playing in a micronation, whether supporter or not, given option to reset team and start in BB Nation instead for free.

I don't do much posting in forums, but this talk of a second team intrigues me.

I've always been on the fence when it came to being a supporter. I've always liked the idea but never felt it was worth my money because a lot of the features I just didn't find that exciting. I believe this second team idea would force me to buy supporter, pending a couple changes.

Currently, I'm not sure I would invest. This is why I voted no...but if a call up/send down feature were to be added, I'd jump on board in a heartbeat.

I know, in essence it would make it a minor league team, but given the right restrictions, could make it a great experience. When I'm trying to play for the national cup, I find it hard to get some of my guys enough minutes. It would be awesome to send him down to catch up on lost minutes. Sure, there should be salary restrictions, and the amount of call up/send down limits per player, but if done right, it would be a great experience.

Just my thoughts. If others think this would create an unfair advantage, then they should buy a second team themselves. This would then increase the potential for growth (money wise) for the Buzzerbeater community

Same old BS
Do this and I'll become a supporter, Do that I'll become a supporter.
Don't do this, do that, don't do that, do this.
BS
Support this game because you like it and hope it helps in growing a game you like.
Selfish, selfish, selfish
And for the mostpart all who say these things will never become supporters
thanks all of you for nothing

Ιf you think other opinions are "BS", it would be better to keep it to yourself or express it differently.
The guy stated his personal view. He's not going to buy a supporter package just because of this change, should it be implemented.
You disagree so disrespectfully with him, why? Because he said the truth about it? Isn't this what we expect from participants in this thread, in order for BBs to make the safest conclusions?

Why are people "selfish, selfish, selfish"? Because they don't support it the way you believe support is?
If you mean financially, by buying a subscription, this game is advertised as free online game. We have the choice to become supporters. We also have the right to express our game related opinions, regardless of whether we are "supporters" or not.
Why something that is in line with the game's main philosophy and is appreciated by many who can't even afford to become "supporters", should be considered and accused of being selfish?
Whoever plays this game and is not a "supporter", shouldn't disagree with a proposed change? Only the "supporters" opinions should be valid and deserve a ..."thank you for everything"?

Is it honest opinions we're looking for here or just "supporter" ones?

P.S this is a topic about the proposed secondary team. People enjoying NTs and training players for NTs, have a passion about a certain aspect of the game. Like others, rightfully so, enjoy other areas of the game more.So they're entitled(and asked) to express their worries about this side of the game.
Nobody needs to hear in this thread, that NTs should be removed from the game, altogether.

Well I read almost all posts and there is great diversity of opinion, are those who support it and those who say NO outright. I honestly do not see the problem of this proposal, if you are supporter has the choice not to create or second team, not an obligation.

Personally I agree with this proposal, I would be very happy to see new people in my country and who is willing to train the players on my team, whether young or old. It really would be more competitive in our league and that would force us improve our equipment and move forward. If people want to get to Colombia and are willing to train our players are welcome.

Colombia awaits your arrival.

I would like to point out, wouldn't second teams eventually mean more bot teams? Because if a supporter package runs out, the team will become a bot, or if the Manager forgets about the second team, then it becomes a bot. I think we will just end up with extra teams, that aren't even managed' and I don't see the point of that.

If not for this rule, those teams would be bots. It's quite impressive indeed for some bots turning back into bots to be a negative against this proposal.

Nice long piece of nonsense
Not at all what I responded to which was this:

Fix the trainning and I (and others) could be a supporter.
Or supporters having more ways to trainning more players.

SEE, it's not about this at all.
he could be a supporter if he got whatever
you took my words and his and made them something they're not
but a beautiful rant for nothing

Where does that merit this?

Why something that is in line with the game's main philosophy and is appreciated by many who can't even afford to become "supporters", should be considered and accused of being selfish?

you could cap the BB Nations/Utopia at three levels deep making for 80+(16x16) teams in each BB Nation.
Then create BB Nation B rather than go to tier IV.

At least then players from the smaller countries could appreciate genuine competition and players in Italy/Spain/USA could appreciate a quicker route to the top.
