Greetings,

Last week the youth team played an undefeated Lithuania team. Although we got a guess correct we were not able to defeat a more talented team.

Today, we beat Ghana by a wide margin. This was the first win of the season for the youth team. A. Kartunov scored 29 points and T. Himan had 21 points in the victory. Scouting and developing training plans will be my focus for the remainder of the season. I hope you will keep me in mind for the upcoming youth election as I would love the chance to represent you for two seasons instead of just two games. In the meantime, feel free to reach out if you need anything.

На мінулым тыдні моладзевая каманда згуляла з камандай Літвы, якая не прайгравала. Нягледзячы на тое, што здагадкі былі правільнымі, мы не змаглі перамагчы больш таленавітую каманду.

Сёння мы перамаглі Гану з вялікім адрывам. Гэта была першая перамога моладзевай каманды ў сезоне. У перамозе А.Картуноў набраў 29 ачкоў, а Т.Хіман — 21. Скаўтынг і распрацоўка планаў трэніровак будуць маёй увагай да канца сезона. Я спадзяюся, што вы будзеце памятаць пра мяне на маючых адбыцца моладзевых выбарах, таму што я хацеў бы мець шанец прадстаўляць вас два сезоны, а не толькі дзве гульні. Thank you for trusting me with the youth team for two more seasons. We currently have room for five or six more players. If you have someone you would think would be a good fit please let me know. We are looking for guards with over eighty total skill points or big men with over forty big man skill points. Наш першы матч у сезоне супраць Францыі, якая займае трэцяе месца ў рэйтынгу. Хутчэй за ўсё, гэта не будзе вясёлы матч, але мы ўбачым.

Не повезло в этом сезоне с календарем.

Но матч с Францией был очень обнадеживающим))

Thanks! I am happy with our tactical choices but we are in a tough group and the game engine hasn't treated us kindly so far. We will continue to work hard to get the results we want.

The youth team season has ended. Thank you to those of you who supported and watched our team play. We finished seventh out of eight teams. I would have liked to win another game or two but it didn't happen. I felt the need to be aggressive and take a game day prep guess later in the season because the other teams were more talented than us. Looking ahead to next season we should have some easier games in the consolation tournament. However our roster looks to be very very weak. Я хацеў бы выйграць яшчэ адну-дзве гульні, але гэтага не адбылося. Hello Everyone,

I apologize for the lack of communication this season. The Youth Team season has ended. We won four games which is the most the youth team has won since season fifty-five. We started the season ranked 91st and ended ranked 64th A huge accomplishment! This is our highest rank since season 58. We almost made the knockout round of the tournament but suffered an overtime loss which prevented us from moving on to the next round. Thank you to everyone that trained a player that was used on the team. I prefer to use the rest of the season to keep tabs on players that will be in contention for the team next season. Unfortunately by doing this our enthusiasm drops which is why I usually do not take scrimmages once the competitive games are finished. As always if you would like to get involved or show me your progress with a player feel free to reach out.

Прашу прабачэння за недахоп зносін у гэтым сезоне. Завяршыўся сезон моладзевай каманды. Мы выйгралі чатыры гульні, што з'яўляецца найбольшай колькасцю перамог моладзевай каманды з сезона пяцьдзесят пяты. Мы пачалі сезон на 91-м месцы ў рэйтынгу, а скончылі на 64-м. Велізарнае дасягненне! Гэта наш самы высокі рэйтынг з сезона 58. Мы амаль выйшлі ў накаўт-раўнд турніру, але пацярпелі паражэнне ў дадатковы час, што не дазволіла нам прайсці ў наступны раўнд. Дзякуй усім, хто падрыхтаваў гульца, якога выкарыстоўвалі ў камандзе. Я аддаю перавагу выкарыстоўваць рэшту сезона, каб сачыць за гульцамі, якія будуць змагацца за каманду ў наступным сезоне. На жаль, з-за гэтага наш энтузіязм падае, таму я звычайна не ўдзельнічаю ў сутычках пасля завяршэння спаборніцкіх гульняў. Як заўсёды, калі вы хочаце прыняць удзел або паказаць мне свой прагрэс з гульцом, не саромейцеся звяртацца.

Let's be honest, this sucks. Are you bragging about your victories over midget teams? If you respect yourself as a coach, then losing to Wales and the Bahamas is a resignation letter.

Unfortunately, you haven't been able to change the situation in the national team in recent seasons.

I would not say I am bragging, but it certainly is encouraging to win more games and move up in the rankings compared to the last few seasons. The Whales loss is on me, I tried to save enthusiasm for future games. Although Bahamas is usually a weaker team, they had a pretty competitive team this season as they won 4 games as well. As far as next term goes I will step down if there is a Belarus manager that would like to take over. I know you ran the team in the past so you know how hard it is for nations with a small user base to compete.
