i think Ivan Drago is wrong -- if i can stay within 45 points going into the fourth period, i think my guys will roll over your third string and move onto the finals!

So, 2-3 is still used!




: no team trains for the 2-3. so when it is played, the first three timeouts are spent with the AI coach asking his players "WTF is that defense? Has anyone seen this before?" and all the players are like shaking their heads and saying "Coach, we thought you knew." Eventually, someone does some research and realizes what the defense is and the team adjusts. The question is how big a lead the opposing team has built up -- sometimes the lead can't be overcome.
