hello. My suggestion is
"I'm proposing the addition of a 3rd youth team, specifically a youth camp, focused on developing youngsters aged 13-16. The idea is to utilize draft points to recruit these young talents and train them up, giving them more time to develop before they hit the main roster. 13 years old being very very rare .
I'm suggesting this because youth trainers don't get much time with their youths - only 3 seasons. I think it's better to give more time to train youth, so I'm proposing 7 seasons. The youth camp would last until the player is 20 years old, at which point they'd be released to the team or retained using a star on them. If not retained with a ⭐. They go to free agent
Since time is money
I'm suggesting a 2-style youth camp system:
Option 1: Participate in our youth team league with draft points, where you can compete with your youths. The cost for this option is $5, or you can combine it with your 2nd team for a total of $15 to compete for the title.
Option 2: For those who can't afford the league option, you can still utilize our youth camp with draft points, where you can draft ,build and train players in your own system, without the ability to play with as a roster team. This option allows you to develop your players at your own pace.
The youth camp would deal with youth draft, where you use draft points to recruit youth to your camp at ages 13-16 option, and train them up from that age."
