How can I get friendlies? How does one draft players? How does one post in the threads. The site is very confusing.

You can challenge other teams to friendlies by going to their team page and scrolling to the bottom.

You can also post in the scrimmage ad thread in Global - English.

The draft takes place at the end of the season.

As for posting in the threads that aren't started by you, merely click "reply"
