Currently there's no way to disable the behavior of pulling starters during blowouts (garbage time) for competitive games. They're testing an option to turn that off with scrimmages right now, it might be available for competitive games in a future season depending on the test results.
Alternatively, just don't win the first three quarters by more than 20
