Hello Malta!
My name is Borislav and I'm from Bulgaria (the italians are always in every elections in every country, so I think it's time for change).
I play from season 3 this game. For this 14 seasons I have really much experience, because I've tried everything.
I've been National Coach of Bulgaria in seasons 4 and 5 so I know how to manage a national team. I've won the Bulgaria Cup in season 4 and play in B3. I have national players now so I know how to train right and help people who train Malta's players.
My plans:
1.I'll start from away and I'll prefer young players who have potential. I'll contact their managers and help them with training.
2.I will keep an eye on the U21 team so they will be well prepared for the National team.
3.I will do the best to raise the NT position in rankings so I promise wins.
4.To improve the team and it will be more competitive in some seasons.
5.To have fun and to make the forum more active so everybody can say his opinion.

1. Introducing myself

hello
I'm Manu5494, french manager of the Valentin's Team, playing in french third division.
I'm 39 years old
i've started BB in season 13 in division 5; Now I'm in division 3 in France, my team grew up 2 divisions in only 3 years
Yet never I've the better team for growing up but with good tactics et good stamina management I won these 2 titles.

2.AIm for maltese selection
Two objectives: to plan the training programs, to help managers, is the first one. The second one will be done because of the first one: be better. To have a better world ranking and not be the last of the group.
With good tactics everything is possible.

3.Formation
one of my goal is to collaborate with Maltese U21 NT Coach to improve our young players to be in U21 NT and by the way in the A NT.
So my goal is to contact every owner of good maltese players in the world and by the way improve themselves.
It's important to save players on sale too.
So I will work to save them and find to them new owner which wants to train them.

4. Staff
If I'm your new NT Coach, I will work with a good team with 2 friends who are on BB. They are very good players too and they'll help for detection of maltese players and also play with the good tactics against our opponents.

5 Communication
Regurlarly I'll publish NT report on our matches and to give you news about our players and their progress

My name is Maciek and I'm Polski.W BB lat.I love play a couple of basketball and I always played basketball manager. I have already experienced in the game.

Why Malta?

I want to be coach of Malta, since it is a neighboring country of Malta Polski.Reprezentacja is low in the ranking and why you need to help her.

Achieve the goals that I want to let with Malta

-create a team that will achieve good results
-create a representation of Staff, who will function well
-involvement of a large group of people who will assist the national teams
-Promotion for the World Cup
Malta-promote in the world BB

Staff representation

The headquarters team would include people with Malta's.Osoby wishing to cooperate with the representation mile widziane.Osoba were willing would certainly be accepted among staff.

A vote for me is a vote for Malta

It too me a few days but I wrote my plans more detailed:

1) First I will scout all Malta players that play in your league or that have been sold by the active users. So I can choose the best young players or the players that will fill the team perfect. Will do a long list of player so I could have a big choise. I can do this scouting alone, because I have much free time, but if it is going slow I always have a person who can help me.

2) Second I will choose the best young players for the first team. The potential is very important too. Then I will choose the reserves and which players remain I will keep watching them if they have advance. If they have advance they can be promoted to the NT. After that I will post a list of all players in the forum so you can see them.

3) I wll contact every player’s manager to see what they are training and what plans they have for the national team players. I can help them with their plans and with choosing the best training. I will carry the players to be in good form too.

4) I will scout Malta’s opponents in the World cup so I can find their weak places. I will make a full analysis of their teams. Than I will know where to direct Malta’s power!

5) I will make the forum more active because that is always helpful. For every match I will start a discussion so everybody can suggest a tactic or something else. Few minutes before the matches I will write Malta’s tactics for that game.

6) I will contact with the U21 team manager. The young players have to be well prepared in the U21 team. If it’s needed I can help him. The more experience the players have in the U21 team, the better they will do in the NT.

I hope I will be helpful for the team and everybody will enjoy during my mandate

THE PEOPLE OF MALTA before You will vote lets look at NT ranking, check where is Poland, then You will know what means 3rd Polish League PO manager... You can also check: Jeremiah Reilly (13565160), Beniamin Lar (13627590) who are my former U21NT players. I wont write what intend to do I'll do it if I get elected...
