Question: how many countries are there exactly in the world?
Taht doesn't matter as much as you think. For example in BB there is no United Kingdom but England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland... are on their own as they do in soccer in real life. There can be found other similar examples usually of much smaller regions which act as independent entity in BB for whatever reason it is.
