If players manager retires or get bankrupted (= players team: "Retired"), how long it will take for the player to come available to the transfer list? I've heard that only players with salary over 10k will be in the transfer list, but I've no idea how long it will take?

Hello. I recently signed in on this site and I'm looking for a mentor. I'm not a complete noob since I used to play this game (started in season 11 and stopped in season 20) but there is so much new stuff and I remember so little that I feel a week or two of mentoring could help a lot.
