I apologize. Im only trying to help. I think i was very clear that i wasnt speaking definitely by using phrases such as "I think" and "I thought". I didnt say "its a bug". The only reason i replied to him is because i remembered seeing somethingabout the doctors effect on injuries in the forums, but it turned out it was in the suggestion forums, which is why my understanding of the situation was wrong. I respect your opinion however i do not believe when i answered him, i was speaking definitely as you claimed i did. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Also....I think a better question or discussion to have is why is that Staff members salary increases 2% of every week...but their ability to peform their job stays the same? If I buy a L4 Dr. and his salary goes from 16k a week, to 46K a week over time, he better be moving up the charts in terms of his reputation in that job. In what situation would an employer keep raising an employees pay, and yet the employees ability to perform the job stays exactly the same? STUPID!
Great point......I think the only times anybody's salary should go up in BB is during the offseason processing. Instead of 2% a week just make it 10% during the offseason. 80K level 7 trainer turns into an 88K level 7 trainer the following year.
