Sublevels are invisible thats why it can be hard to determine 'pop' times.

I don't think sublevels are 100 percent invisible and I am certain there is a percentage of the populus that agrees with this statement. I just haven't found any posts to support my conclusions and my rather accurate test sample.

By invisible i mean u can make educated guesses on what the sublevel is based on training since the last pop. However the player stats page only shows full levels. Thats what i mean.
