Yeah, 5, 6 and 2 point leads after the 3rd quarter for me… 3 losses by 10+ points so sad. But I do have a better rotation and an extra backup or 2 for my team so they shouldn’t be as tired hopefully!

Finally started to believe and see the effects of stamina training.

Last season had no trainee or a coach and all I did was team train stamina and free throws.

First 3 games this season, I'm up 15 points on average in the 4th quarters.

7 of my 12 players have Proficient 9 stamina (including 3 starters), 1 player Average 6 and the rest in-between
