I guess I'm chopped liver then? He has to beat me to get the 3 seed and risk using enthusiasm before the playoffs and the cup championship. Will u go PON against me if we play each other? I dare you. :)

Glad everyone has such faith in my team! I do appreciate all the love, but it doesn't mean anything unless I win the games. We'll see how it all plays out but every team I play or will potentially play are solid and are capable of a winning a championship this season. I am glad to have earned at least to a 2nd silver goblet and have the opportunity to a gold one next Thursday. I still can't believe that the 5th place team in the Great 8 will have at least 15 wins and whoever represents us in the finals will have HCA. It has been a very competitive season and that is what makes this game fun!

Actually I just have to win. Last time I checked number of wins trumps point differential. Otherwise you would have 1st place pretty much wrapped up.

Yea, I still can't believe I managed to finish 5th... but as stacked as this conference was someone had to take one for the team. You're welcome guys!

I had meant to buy a couple extra pieces this year and was pretty active in probably 20-30 auctions over the course of the season but the inflation in the BB economy has really gotten out of control and I just couldn't bring myself to pay the new market price for guys I wanted.

I've got what looks like an absurd amount of money at this point... hopefully I'll finally be able to pay the transfer prices for a couple pieces next season.

Nice win, goes to show how important HCA is. Should be a great game between both your teams. That said, I think this is magiker's tourney to win. Definitely have an uphill battle on my hands.

He has the best, most expensive starting 5, but only runs 8 deep. Just assign one of your goons to knock out 1 or 2 of his starters - and then the drop off is extreme.

The Horde will be targeting ERG's knees for payback for injuring 2 important players during our regular season and cup games! O^*

He does have Bernie Madoff in the front office. The only problem is when he tries to withdraw that sum in 2 years, he's going to get the run-around for a few weeks before he finds out that 95% of it has been spent on cars, yachts and trips to the Maldives.
