I don't think it's too early to congratulate Jista26 on winning the Cup Championship! I'll put my best foot forward, but we all know how this is going to end :-) My goal was just to make the Final 8 of the tournament...so getting a Silver Trophy is an unexpected surprise

I think what the Cross Chargers have done making it to the Finals of the Tournament as the heavy Favorite, while navigating their way into the playoffs in what's most likely the the deepest and heavily stacked conference in NBBA history, is nothing short of greatness.

They deserve their first major trophy, and are an extremely well run team!!

i think they very well could win two before this season is over. if they get past TKI they have HCA in the finals.

i was skipping a few steps / games:

The Chargers defeat me, and TKI and they will have HCA in the League finals.

With the Chargers my playoff opponent, i feel like Jason -- write a nice note about what a wonderful run i've had -- and then Chargers vs. TKI, round two. TKI won on a last second basket, but the Chargers sat their NT G Purdy. the rematch should be fun.

that's what i was trying to say.

I guess I'm chopped liver then? He has to beat me to get the 3 seed and risk using enthusiasm before the playoffs and the cup championship. Will u go PON against me if we play each other? I dare you. :)

Glad everyone has such faith in my team! I do appreciate all the love, but it doesn't mean anything unless I win the games. We'll see how it all plays out but every team I play or will potentially play are solid and are capable of a winning a championship this season. I am glad to have earned at least to a 2nd silver goblet and have the opportunity to a gold one next Thursday. I still can't believe that the 5th place team in the Great 8 will have at least 15 wins and whoever represents us in the finals will have HCA. It has been a very competitive season and that is what makes this game fun!

Actually I just have to win. Last time I checked number of wins trumps point differential. Otherwise you would have 1st place pretty much wrapped up.
