Played a long time ago, and just returned after 40 or so seasons off. One of the changes I liked most that I discovered upon my return was the additional staff options, which I felt brought additional paths that a GM could take based on their styles, risk aversion, etc. I think there are additional staff options that could add further to the game and open up more dimensions into how a GM GM’s. The exact coefficients and effect can be discussed as well, but here are the basis aspects of the game that I am proposing can be addressed through additional staff:

Therapist - Will focus on reducing the hidden “aggression” trait proportional to their aggression level: ie the more aggressive players will benefit more from a therapist. This will allow GM’s an option to save their dreaded HOF talent even though they may be a hot head.

Life Coach - Wisdom and Experience can only be obtained through life or learning from your elders. A Life Coach will accelerate the pops associated with Experience, and diversify the level of experience throughout all ages of players.

Cheerleader - Keeps a teams spirits high and reduces the rate at which Game Enthusiasm regresses towards the mean.

Agent - Having a dedicated staff that negotiates contracts with free agents will allow them to offset the Sale Fee proportional to the nominal sale fee value. This will allow GM’s who enjoyed the aspect of day trading an option to entertain that strategy than they can currently.
