Can someone show or tell me the weekly decimal increases in training outside defense/PG vs training outside defense with PG/SG please....I've seen it before but cant remember the results. I have 3-4 outside trainees that i am boosting OD on trying to figure if in the long run if i just train PG/SG on OD the remainder of season. One of my outside trainees will probably cap at 20 easily if training alone and another will be close to cap as well but i have 2 others i want to boost OD on as well and curious if they can still be around the same results before next season so i can focus on JS/F or inside training to the other 2 that have skills to jump in Inside training.

I don’t have exact numbers, but to maximize training multi position training isn’t recommended. Sorry that I don’t have the exacts, but it’s probably about 40-50% of the speed of doing one position, id assume.

Thx - I plan on the typical 1 position but swore i saw some evidence that a while back of a team that was training 2 position pressure and his results were...or looked about every 2 weeks increase in OD and HA/DR or ID as well. TBH, i never trained 2 position except for 1v1 or RB - just curious and i guess wanting to expedite the 2 younger trainees to boost in OD so i can get them more involved into SF training next season. At this point i may need to pick the 3rd trainee and blast all 3 in OD and figure out next season which direction to take the trainees (the younger trainees)

That’s possible, i can’t deny that. I’ve never tried it so maybe I’m not the most helpful here, but going off what is generally true and what i know I’ve never done multi position

Thx Big Njord thats going to be my plan of action with the top 2 as they may cap in OD by 23 and decide next season how much and who, if any will get More OD training. Herman will def be near 20 by end of this season as well as having high JS, DR and HA already as well. Kraolic (PG) who will be around 17 OD along with 15 PA already and want to spend his 23rd and 24th seasons capping on some IS, HA, DR from 1/1forward along with the other younger trainees. I guess i can always come back to their OD later near 24 while they boost Inside shooting/skills. Been following a lot of training tips as i am getting more serious in training than i have since i started playing a few yrs ago so keep up your tips you always give. Good stuff!

Thanks Atlas1....this was similar to the one i saw as it was really meant for a trainee that was over the 18 yr old mark....which everything starts to slow
